Fulfillment and warehouse logistics for e-shops

We have been providing e-shop logistics for over 15 years. Our warehouses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia total around 20,000 m² of storage space. We handle storage, packing, and shipping, so you can focus on what you do best.

We take care of your goods in our warehouse

From receipt to dispatch, we take full responsibility for your goods. Our warehouse operations are insured against damage or theft.

Receipt of goods

When receiving goods, we perform a basic check of quantities and any possible damage. Where needed, we apply barcodes. In many cases, we attach labels indicating origin and composition according to local regulations. We enter all necessary product data into the system, including quantities, pallet or package barcodes, product barcodes, as well as batch or expiration information. In selected cases, each individual item has its own barcode.

Storage

Goods are marked as available in the system upon arrival at the warehouse. Our logistics system is connected to the client’s e-shop by default, enabling real-time stock visibility on their online store.

We set receipt standards individually with each client.

For some clients, receipt includes labeling each item either with a barcode or a label detailing composition and country of origin.

Sometimes the goods are valuable and require individual inspection. For other clients, we agree on a simplified, and therefore more cost-effective, receipt process.

Clients can continuously monitor the status of goods receipt and storage in the system.

We track every item in stock

Our system records the location and movement of each item in the warehouse. Our clients can view this data directly in our system or access it online via API to display in their own systems.

Storage

Storage takes place in shelving or pallet racks, and where efficient for the flow of goods, freely on pallets on the floor. Each item and its exact warehouse location is recorded in the system. The system also tracks the number of days items have been in stock by location and storage type.

Picking and dispatch

When an order is placed in the e-shop, this information is automatically transferred to our system along with all data about the goods and the recipient. The system automatically initiates the picking process and prepares the goods for dispatch. The goods are then moved to the packing area.

Order assembly and packing

Orders are assembled in the packing area, with most containing multiple items. Promotional materials can be added to shipments as part of the packing process. We select the most suitable packing materials and methods to ensure safe delivery. Before starting our cooperation, we agree on packing standards, which can include options such as branded packaging or packaging provided by the client.

Our service also includes handling returns. Returned shipments are entered into the system under a special category.

Undamaged goods are returned to stock. For damaged goods, we proceed according to the agreement with the client.

Some clients request damaged goods to be collected or sent to their address. For others, we arrange disposal of damaged goods.

If damage occurs during transport, we file a claim with the carrier. For approved claims, the client receives compensation for goods damaged in transit.

We consolidate a large volume of shipments, which allows us to secure favorable shipping rates for our clients.

Expedition

Once a shipment is packed and labeled, it is moved to the dispatch zone. From there, shipments are transferred to carriers’ containers or directly loaded onto their trucks. From this point onward, the shipment is handled by the carrier.

Choice of tranpsort

We cooperate with all major carriers. The choice of carriers for our clients is set before the start of cooperation and then continuously optimized. For deliveries to parcel lockers, pickup points, or addresses, there are always several competing offers. However, some carriers specialize in oversized shipments, while others offer advantageous shipping abroad. We continuously advise our clients on how to optimize their carrier mix based on their specific product range and countries of operation.

Shipping price

We consolidate a large volume of shipments, which allows us to secure wholesale shipping rates that we pass on to our clients. But it’s not just about the price — late cut-off times for parcel pickups from the warehouse to the depot mean your afternoon orders can reach customers the very next business day.

Carriers are constantly changing their conditions. Prices go up — sometimes only for selected services, other times for entire price lists. Fuel surcharges and other fees also fluctuate. Occasionally, weight categories or rules for shipment dimensions are adjusted.

When a carrier raises their rates, we inform you in advance and offer alternatives.

Online visibility of your inventory movements

We operate our own warehouse and logistics system, which allows us to be highly flexible and continuously add new features based on our clients’ needs. We are fully transparent and provide clients with complete access to data about their goods’ movement within the warehouse and with carriers.

Warehouse and logistics system

We have been developing and enhancing our proprietary logistics and warehouse system for over 15 years. The system tracks expected deliveries to the warehouse, receipt, labeling, storage, item location, and storage duration. It also monitors e-shop orders, picking goods from storage locations, transfer to the packing zone, packing, dispatch, shipping, and cash on delivery. All activities are timestamped and fully traceable. This data is available to our clients online — they can view it in our system or import it into their own system via API.
