We Have Opened a New Warehouse in Týniště nad Orlicí

We have opened a modern new warehouse in Týniště nad Orlicí and are gradually moving our first clients there. At the same time, we are continuing to equip the facility and building a two-level storage mezzanine. Our goal is to combine high-quality warehousing facilities with efficient operations, enabling us to offer you services at competitive rates.

Two Warehouses and a Phased Move

We now operate two warehouses in Týniště: the original facility and the new one. We are gradually moving selected clients into the new premises, which are already being used for storage and day-to-day operations. Meanwhile, work continues on the mezzanine, the installation of additional racking systems, and preparations for further automation.

Opening the warehouse marks the first phase of the project. We are progressively adding equipment and configuring the space to meet our clients’ needs and make handling their goods as efficient as possible.

More Space with a Storage Mezzanine

One of our main investments is a two-level mezzanine, which will make use of the building’s height to create additional storage levels. This will give us more space for our clients’ goods within the same floor area.

Space utilization directly affects the cost of storage. The more efficiently we use the warehouse floor area, the lower the cost per storage location can be. The mezzanine will therefore help us provide high-quality facilities while keeping storage rates competitive.

Automation to Reduce Costs

We take the same careful approach to selecting automation. For each solution, we assess how it will support our staff, how much it will improve productivity, and whether the investment will pay for itself through lower operating costs.

We choose technologies that will perform well in the day-to-day handling of our clients’ diverse range of goods. What matters to us is their practical contribution to the operation as a whole. We want them to help us handle more work efficiently so that we can pass the resulting savings on to our clients through our service pricing.

We Plan to Complete the Move in 2027

We plan to complete the move of all clients from the original warehouse in Týniště to the new premises in the second half of 2027. Until then, both warehouses will operate in parallel, with the move continuing in phases as we complete the new facility.
